Reschedule, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
You may cancel or request to reschedule your session within 24 hours of the agreed-to date and time by contacting us. We do not issue refunds for any reasons beyond our control, including no-shows, customer technical issues, or customer connectivity issues. Should any of these conditions occur, we offer 1 opportunity to reschedule. (If in the rare instance we are having technical or connectivity issues, we will gladly reschedule your appointment.)
Connectivity
Coaching Sessions are conducted via Zoom. A high-speed internet connection is recommended in order for the best experience. Be Fit Cherie is not responsible nor liable for any internet connectivity or any other technical issues or difficulties on your behalf on any device, nor data charges from your internet and/or data provider. Be Fit Cherie does not offer technical support or assistance during the class. We do not offer refunds for connectivity or other technical issues or difficulties on your behalf on any device.
